Quill: age unkown

quill-21

Late in June a new old dog arrived at camp  in the back of a pick-up, in a cage and smelling badly,  at least he was wagging his tail.  He was a little shy the first few days, but has come around and he is feeling at home now.  In the first week this dog had made 40 new  friends, treed numerous squirrels and chased a bear out of the yard.

The back story is he was found with a face full of quills, unable to open his mouth and starving to death.  Now he’s next to heaven at SleepyDog Cabins.
